I'm Jonas Németh, a systems administrator based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Background
Work, studies and home projects.
I work with systems administration in healthcare, primarily with Melior. That includes configuration, access management and troubleshooting, as well as investigating integrations and logs.
I have studied Information Technology at Chalmers. Outside work, I spend a lot of time learning more about Linux, networking, automation and embedded systems by building things of my own.
Most of my projects start with something I want at home: a server, a segmented network, a room sensor or an automation. I enjoy getting it working and figuring out what went wrong when it does not.

Linux & infrastructure
Running services in Docker on my Ubuntu server, including configuration, updates and troubleshooting.
Automation
Finding ways to remove repetitive work, from small scripts to home automations.
Embedded systems
Building room sensors with microcontrollers and connecting them to Home Assistant.
